Strategic Alliance Formed by Diamond I

Diamond I, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DMOI), has agreed with Real Video Gaming, Inc. (RVG), Voyant Media Group, Inc. (VMG) and Ibis Networks to create a Global Gaming Platform to form a strategic alliance that will enable video, audio and betting information from real gaming devices to be transmitted without delays to the Internet, PDAs and mobile phones simultaneously, anywhere in the world.

Strictly adhering to all U.S. gaming laws, the alliance will create a U.S.-friendly downloadable play-for-fun game for the PC or mobile phone which will not permit live wagering, but will allow players to enter into a contest to play in live tournaments at land-based casinos using video and audio feeds from real gaming devices.

With Diamond I, a developer of wireless gaming products, including the GS2(TM) wireless hand-held gaming unit and the WifiCasino(TM) wireless gaming system, the alliance will charge corresponding fees for users to access the play-for-fun game, with the deserving non-profit organizations as beneficiaries. Users can also select which non-profit organizations will receive the proceeds.

With such devices, users will now be able to interact as if they are present at the host casino since the Global Gaming Platform transmits real-time video of actual gaming devices, such as craps, slots and roulette, from actual casinos.

The Global Gaming Platform will be fully scalable upon completion. Thus, it will allow an unlimited number of people from different locations around the globe to play the same game or participate in the same tournament simultaneously.

With specific applications created for wireless gaming in Nevada casinos in compliance with Nevada Law AB471, which authorizes the use of mobile communication devices for gaming in public areas in Nevada casinos, the Global Gaming Platform will be certified by Microsoft, to provide a more reliable and secure interface to casinos.
