PactGames Closes Gaming Deal in Cambodia

On September 28th, 2007, PactGames, a subsidiary of PacificNet China and gaming and mobile game provider, announced that they have finalized a revenue profit sharing agreement with a gambling firm to widen their services and product offering for the Cambodian market.

Some of the products that Pact Games will launch in Cambodian gaming market are virtual baccarat, bingo, poker, live gambling, mobile gambling, slot machines, RNG's, sicbo, fish prawn crabs, different card games and a whole lot more. PacificNet will earn 25 percent net win from every machine.

The president of PacificNet Victor Tong said that they are happy with the opportunity to expand in the Cambodian market because it has a lot of potential for good profit. PacificNet currently has 1,200 employees in Asia with 300 engineers tasked to conceptualize and manufacture different casino games for land-based and online casinos.

The gaming agreement also requires PacificNet to establish a presence in PoiPet, Phnom Pehn and Bavet. PacificNet will also establish its presence in Vietnam, Laos and Burma in 2008.

Since the government of Cambodia allowed gaming, it has become very in demand throughout the country. There are also a lot of casinos that are currently being built around Cambodia like the $100 million Naga World casino.

The casino games made by PacificNet are used by a lot of casinos like the SJM casino facility, Lisboa, Galaxy Casino facility, Holiday Inn Macau, Jai Alai Casino and a whole lot more.
