Harrah's Casino Hotel Opens Health and Wellness Center for Employees

Harrah's casino Hotel shows that it remains committed to ensuring the good health and well-being of its employees by opening a Health and Wellness Center for its over 30,000 Las Vegas-based employees and their families.

The wellness center is located at 4100 W. Flamingo Road and is operated by Whole Health Management Inc. The 19,000 sq ft property includes a 7,000 sq ft medical clinic, while the rest of the space is a fitness center.

"Harrah's is dedicated to providing excellent benefits to our employees," said Gary Loveman, Chairman, CEO and President of Harrah's Casino Hotels.

"By providing an easily accessible and affordable health and wellness service directly to our employees, we hope to encourage them to live a healthier lifestyle. This center is an example of our company providing the programs and support our employees and their families need to make healthy decisions and ensure high-quality health care."

All employees who are part of Harrah's health insurance plan will be able to avail of the medical services in the Wellness Center. On the other hand, the fitness center is open to all employees of the following casino hotels: Bally's Las Vegas, Caesars Palace, Flamingo, Harrah's Las Vegas, Paris, Rio, and Harrah's Entertainment Las Vegas Corporate Headquarters.

The staff of the Health and Wellness Center will be comprised of 2 board-certified physicians, a group of nurse practitioners, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, medical assistants, physical therapists, a fitness director and a fitness specialist. The facility will be open 6 days a week.
