On June 26, 2007, Cash Systems Incorporated, a provider of cash access technology in the casino gambling market announced that they have secured a multi year agreement for powercash with the Fantasy Springs Resorts Casino.
The Fantasy Springs Resort Casino facility in Indio, California features 2,000 slot machines, 40 casino table games like mini-baccarat, California craps, 3and4 card poker, pai gow, Spanish 21 and blackjack and even backgammon, aside from off track wagering, live poker rooms and bingo.
The casino's hotel offers 250 rooms, a 3 acre pool with a jacuzzi and a tanning pool, aside from 50,000 sq ft of convention facility. The powercash game is the first offering of the company's joint collaborative effort with Bally's technology and Scotch Twist.
This latest contract for powercash represents an estimated total of over $1,000,000 million before the transaction costs. Powercash also includes a one of a kind technology that will change the way the casino players get their money from the casino gaming floor.
Once the customers joined the casino's player's club programs with the functionality of the cashclub of the organization, they will be able to get their funds from any credit card, debit and checking accounts while playing at their gaming machine.
Players will be able to request the cash that they need from any financial account transfer that money into their player's club account and then transfer the money into their own gambling device.
The customers in the casino will never have to worry if they'll be able to bring the right amount of money with powercash. Powercash is the next big thing on the gambling floor.
It is also safe because any money that is left in the gaming equipment will automatically be placed back on the player's account by simply removing the player's club card.
Customers can also use their club card to buy anything they want in merchandise stores, eating establishments, spa, hotel, golf course and any facilities in the casino's property. Michael Rumbolz, the CEO of Cash systems, said that with the benefits the club card offers throughout the casino facility, it becomes the one solution that gaming facilities have been looking for for a very long time.
Paul Ryan, the General Manager of the Fantasy Springs Resort Casino, said that the card will give them the edge that they need in the market.
