Elektroncek Receives Gaming License from Nevada Gaming Commission

On February 6th, 2009, Elektroncek, a manufacturer of Interblock multiple terminal gambling devices, recently announced at the IGE that it has received a gambling license from the Nevada Gambling Commission. After 7 years of hard work and spending millions of dollars, the Slovenian organization, which already possess gaming licenses in nineteen North American gambling jurisdictions, has received the top gambling prize. Electroncek gaming partners Joc Pececnik and Thomas Zvipelj have spent the last five years collaborating with the state of Nevada's State Gambling Control Board and a team that included attorneys, American financial experts, gaming industry veterans and former regulators for the approval of the license.

Gaming board chairman Dennis Neilander said at the hearing on December 2008 regarding the issue that he thinks that the applicants have done an excellent job in responding and answering to the concerns of the gaming regulators. Neilander had previously referred to the existing problems with the application as "irreparable". The organization will soon start implementing its electric casino table games in Nevada. The games will include blackjack, craps and roulette, which are gaining a steady following in areas where live casino dealers are not allowed.

At the gaming show, Electroncek featured a brand new multimedia display that allows gamers to watch, for example, a football match while enjoying a keno multiple player game. It also featured a brand new dice game (the games of sic bo, craps and other dice games can also be played on it) that utilizes RFID technology to ensure one hundred percent reliability. Another gaming product presented by Elektroncek at the IGE was the first gambling machine that is able to mix real cards. It can contain up to 8 decks of cards and some decks of cards can be mixed up while others are in use.
