Extreme 21 Blackjack Variation

The Extreme 21 Blackjack variation has one major difference from the usual Blackjack rules:

Several players take their turn one at a time against the dealer.
Dealer plays to win, hitting until he beats the player or busts.
Hitting after splitting is allowed.
Hitting after doubling is allowed.
Players are allowed to re-split infinitely (except Aces).
Doubling is allowed, but redoubling depends on casino.
Players can double after splitting.
All 21 hands, including blackjacks wins 1:1, giving the house a higher edge.
